Paco Rollins started tattooing with Ernie Gosnell in 1996 in the chaos and glory that is Lucky Devil South, Seattle, WA. He now owns Sea Change Tattoo Parlor on Vashon Island, an island of 10,000 in Puget Sound. After tattooing for several years, he started handcrafting tattoo machines for his friends in the tattoo industry. Word spread, and the hobby developed into Paco Rollins Tattoo Machines in 2001. Paco’s goal throughout the years has remained the same; create a simple, sturdy, American made, hand crafted tattoo machine that will be your daily driver day in and day out, year after year, and keep it affordable without compromising quality.
