Advanced Tattooing Techniques; A Guide to Realism

Joshua Carlton will be attending the Boston Tattoo Convention this September where he will be teaching his seminar on achieving hyper-realism in color and black and grey. The course will last for approximately 2 hours and will include the book 'Advanced Tattooing Techniques; A Guide to Realism'. Joshua will be covering the book from chapter to chapter, which includes information such as but not limited to machine tuning, color theory, and how to work with very large magnums. Those who are attending please be encouraged to bring a pen and paper so that you can take notes, as well as your portfolios for critique and advice on how to further your abilities.
