Parking and Load-In Information

The loading dock that vendors should come into is the South Tower Loading Dock, located on Belvidere St. This is the second right after PF Chang’s. The vendors will then unload and use the freight elevator to go to the second floor. Once they come out, the Grand Ballroom will be straight ahead.

For the motorcycle parking, they will also go down Belvidere St., and take the first right after PF Chang’s. There is a security guard there, and they will go down the dock, take a right once inside, and park by Enterprise Rental.

Valet parking is available for cars and we have attached a list of current pricing. Some of these are subject to change, but this should be helpful regardless. There is also self parking in the Prudential lot, which is attached to the Sheraton.

Collaborative Painting and Artists’ After Party

Tattooing at the show this year? Join us in the art gallery after you wrap up on Saturday for an evening of collaborative painting hosted by Mark Blanchard, Hector Cedillo, and Micah R. O. Litant. As a group, we’ll be tackling two large-scale acrylic paintings on canvas as well as numerous smaller canvases set up throughout the art gallery. An all-inclusive event, all artists working the show are invited to stop by the Saturday night after party and contribute as much or as little as they’d like to the paintings.

Although canvases and some supplies will be provided, artists are encouraged to bring along their own acrylic paints, brushes, and reference material/images if possible. Further details and specifics to come, stay tuned.
