2015 BOOTH REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN

Please be advised that we are NOT taking deposits. All booths must be paid in full.
Early registration is open until July 1st, after which point the booth fee will increase to $750.

ATTN ARTISTS PURCHASING AN ADDITIONAL ARTIST OR LICENSE FEE: Under the “work information” section of the Eventbrite order form, please include the info for the booth/shop you will be with.

Booths include:

– Site Listing with link to your web site
– One 8’ x 10’ Booth
– Two Skirted 6’ Tables
– Two Artist/Vendor Passes (Non-Transferrable)
– Two Helper Passes

• 4 Chairs
• Electricity
• Program Book Listing

**The additional artist fee includes 1 additional artist pass and 1 helper pass.

After completing registration and payment, don’t forget to email us info/images for the BTC site!
Artists: We’ll need a short bio (optional), any contact info you want displayed on the BTC site, a bio image, and some images of your work. See the BTC artist page for examples.
Vendors: You’ll get a vendor page on the BTC site, and we’ll need any copy, images, and website/contact info that you want included.
