Tickets may be purchased at the door (Boston Back Bay Sheraton Hotel, 39 Dalton St., Boston, MA 02199) while the convention is open. If you have already ordered your tickets in advance, please bring your paypal confirmation or your paypal confirmation email, along with a valid photo I.D., to the door when you arrive. VIP purchasers must show their Pass and a valid ID at the BTC Merchandise booth to receive their T-shirt and poster.

PLEASE NOTE: Your tickets will be waiting for you at the ticket counter for pickup. The BTC does not mail your tickets to you.

Ticket Prices at the door:
Single-Day Pass- $25
3- Day Weekend Pass- $55
V.I.P. Pass (3-day weekend access, poster, t-shirt)- $70

Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Registration fees are non-refundable, including all cancellations, and credentials non-transferable
• Discounts on registration fees are valid on NEW registrations ONLY and must be redeemed / noted at time of registration. No refunds or credits will be issued for a discount after the initial registration.
• A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks
• Personal checks will NOT be accepted during On-Site Registration.
• A registered adult MUST accompany children UNDER the age of 16. Children under the age of 5 receive free admission.
• Due to safety regulations, baby strollers / carriages are NOT permitted on the expo floor.
• Admission to all Conference Sessions, Keynote, and Feature Presentations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Recording devices are prohibited in the educational programs.
